He's willing to ditch the games for court...
Kris Humphries considers his divorce case a priority over the NBA playoffs. TMZ notes that the trial, which is set for May 6th and could last two to three days, will fall in the middle of the NBA Playoffs which run between April 20th and June 20th. Humphries plays for the Brooklyn Nets, who are currently on track to get a playoff spot.
According to sources close to Humphries, he has decided that if the Nets make the playoffs and the trial conflicts with game days, he will choose the trial over the games. Missing out on the trial would put Humphries at a disadvantage, though TMZ notes that due to his and Kardashian's prenuptial agreement and the short length of the marriage it is almost a lock for Kim to come away with a win whether he is there or not. And there is virtually no chance of Humphries settling before the trial begins, as he is determined to go to court.
